Answers before you apply

How does the training work?

Before you take on any work, you go through online lessons on your phone. HR is on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.

Do I need a computer?

No. Most people do it on their phone. A tablet is fine as well.

I filled the form, what now?

Message HR on WhatsApp straight away. If no WhatsApp message comes in, the form is left unprocessed.

What is the difference between part-time and full-time?

Only the amount of time each week. Training and support are the same.

How is the schedule decided?

HR goes through the schedule with you on WhatsApp before you start.

Who explains the pay?

HR goes through it with you on WhatsApp before you begin. Pay comes from the employer offering the opening.
