isahire.com is operated by IsaHire in Singapore. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
“We” and “us” mean IsaHire. “You” means anyone using the site or applying. “Employer” means the business that offers an opening and would actually hire you.
IsaHire is a recruitment intermediary. We describe home-based openings and introduce applicants to employers. We are not the employer, and using the site does not create any employment relationship between you and IsaHire.
The openings on the site are described in good faith. Availability changes, and an employer may fill or withdraw an opening at any time.
You apply in two steps: first share your details, then send our HR team a WhatsApp message. An application is only handled once that message arrives. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@isahire.com.
Applicants are never asked to buy credits, top up an account, pay to unlock work or pay to release earnings. If anyone asks you for money in the name of IsaHire, do not pay and report it to careers@isahire.com.
Pay, hours and conditions are set by the employer. Before you start, ask the employer to confirm in writing its legal name, what the work involves, the rate, expected hours and when you will be paid.
We try to keep everything on the site correct. If our adverts and the site ever say different things, we fix whichever one is wrong. Tell us if you spot a mistake.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not misuse the site, send false information, impersonate someone else, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content to run a similar service.
The text, layout and images on the site belong to IsaHire or are used under licence. You may view and share pages for personal use.
The site links to services such as WhatsApp and Google. They are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
To the extent the law allows, IsaHire is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by employers. Our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
If something on the site is clearly an error, we may correct it and are not bound by it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us and for checking an employer's offer before accepting it.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and IsaHire about using the site. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (Singapore), nobody else may enforce them.
You must be an adult with the right to work in Singapore for the opening you apply for. Employers may ask for proof of eligibility directly once you are introduced, and IsaHire plays no part in that check beyond passing on your application.
When your application matches an opening, HR explains the employer and the work on WhatsApp and asks whether you want to go ahead. Only after you agree do we pass your details on. From then on, the employer deals with you directly about the work, schedule and pay, and you are free to decline at any point.
Sending an application does not guarantee an introduction or a job. Employers choose whom to hire, and openings may close before every applicant has been contacted. We will tell you if the opening you wanted is no longer available.
You can stop at any time by telling HR on WhatsApp or emailing careers@isahire.com. We may stop handling an application that contains false details, or if the person behaves abusively towards our team or an employer.
By applying you agree that IsaHire HR may contact you on WhatsApp or by email about that application. We do not use your details for unrelated messages, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Employer descriptions are based on information the employer gives us. We check that the business exists and that the opening is genuine before listing it, but the employer remains responsible for the job itself.
You may link to our home page as long as the link is fair and does not suggest that IsaHire endorses you or your business. We may ask you to remove a link at any time.
If you send us suggestions about the site or our process, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
We send notices to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us. You can send notices to careers@isahire.com.
