This website, isahire.com, is run by IsaHire from Singapore. IsaHire promotes home-based part-time and full-time openings and introduces applicants to the employers behind them. IsaHire does not employ you. Questions about this policy can go to careers@isahire.com. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
You share details with IsaHire in three ways. (1) The application form on this site asks for your name, age, nationality, current work status (currently employed, recently left a job, or retired), WhatsApp number with country code, email address and, if you choose to add it, a short note about your work background. Every field except the work background is required. (2) The WhatsApp message you send our HR team shows us your WhatsApp display name, your mobile number and whatever you write. (3) Any email you send us gives us your email address and the content of the email.
Form submissions are saved in a private database that runs on Cloudflare, the same provider that hosts the site. Only the IsaHire HR team can open it, using a password-protected admin page. If the same email address or WhatsApp number is sent twice, we keep only the first application.
Like any website, isahire.com receives basic technical information when a page loads: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Our hosting provider keeps this to run and protect the site. IsaHire does not tie it to any person who applies.
IsaHire has no use for passwords, one-time SMS codes, online banking logins, card numbers, NRIC or FIN numbers, or photos of identity documents. Please do not send them. If they arrive anyway, we delete them.
We use what you send us to reply to you, explain the openings, pass your application to the employer offering the opening you chose, answer questions, keep a record of our conversations, deal with complaints or misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
IsaHire does not sell or rent personal data and does not use it for marketing. Applying does not add you to any mailing list. If a different employer might suit you better, we ask you first and share nothing for that purpose without your agreement.

Cloudflare hosts and protects isahire.com and forwards emails sent to our address. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google. WhatsApp, a Meta service, carries your messages with HR. Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags, and Google Ads measures whether our adverts lead to applications (details below). Each provider works under its own terms. If we add another service, it is named here before it goes live.
We share personal data with authorities only when Singapore law requires it, or where the law allows it and it is reasonably needed to investigate misuse or protect someone's rights.
Applying has two steps, and the second one is a WhatsApp message to IsaHire HR. Our buttons open WhatsApp with a short suggested message addressed to the HR number, which you can see at the top of the chat. Nothing is sent until you tap Send yourself. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@isahire.com and we will help you another way.
We do not set advertising cookies of our own. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots, and the Google Ads tag described below can set cookies used to measure ad results. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
IsaHire uses Google Tag Manager and the Google Ads tag AW-18387148128 to count how many visitors from our adverts go on to apply. Google receives technical details such as the page, time and an advert click identifier. We never place your name, phone number or email address into these events or into any link. We do not use enhanced conversions, Customer Match or remarketing lists. You can manage Google ad settings at your Google account.
Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp process data in several countries, including the United States. Where personal data leaves Singapore, IsaHire takes steps under the PDPA so it receives a comparable standard of protection. Ask careers@isahire.com for details.
We keep application records for up to twelve months after our last genuine contact with you about an opening, then delete them. We delete sooner if you ask, and keep data longer only when the law or an open dispute requires it. Hosting logs normally expire within 30 days, and backups are cleared within a further 30 days.
Your name lets HR address you properly. Your age and nationality let HR check which openings you can be considered for. Your current work status helps HR suggest part-time or full-time. Your WhatsApp number is how we reach you, and your email is a backup when WhatsApp is unavailable. We do not ask for more than that at the application stage.
Access to applicant data is limited to the people at IsaHire who handle applications. Our providers encrypt traffic in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us at once if you think something has gone wrong.
Once an employer receives your application, its own privacy policy applies to the copy it holds. WhatsApp also keeps your chat history under Meta's terms.
Under the PDPA you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further use. Email careers@isahire.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not undo what an employer already received before you withdrew.
IsaHire does not use automated decision-making or profiling to accept or reject applicants. A person reviews every application.
The openings are for adults. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, write to careers@isahire.com and we will look into it and reply.
We never ask applicants for payment, passwords or banking details.
If a breach of personal data is likely to cause significant harm, IsaHire will assess it promptly, notify the Personal Data Protection Commission within the period the PDPA requires, and tell the people affected so they can protect themselves.
IsaHire does not make marketing calls or send marketing messages. We only contact you about an application you started, on the number or email you gave us.
We will update this page whenever our practices or providers change, and the date at the top will show the latest version.
